The Basque team Laboral Kutxa-Fundación Euskadi, the only UCI Women's ProTeam in Spain, has also confirmed its participation, as well as seven other international UCI Continental teams, many of them repeating after the previous edition: Italy's Aromitalia 3T Vaiano, Germany's Canyon/SRAM Zondacrypto Generation and LKT-Team, USA's Cynisca Cycling, Spain's Eneicat-CM Team, Australia's Liv-AlUla-Jayco Continental Team, and Norway's Team Coop-Repsol.

To complete this international peloton with teams from eight different countries, five national teams will also take part in this Volta a Catalunya, among them the Catalan Massi Baix Ter, which in its different structures has not failed in any edition of the women's races of the Volta, the new EC Mataró-Skoda Mogadealer and the Catalan national team. The Cantabria Deporte-Río Miera team, the Galician Team Farto-Kiroot, and the French-licensed Occitanie Cyclisme Féminin will also be there.
